This week’s Staff Spotlight is our latest addition to the Mulberry staff â our Church Administrator, Hunter Godsey! As our Administrator, Hunter is focused on project management within the areas of building and financial operations.
Hunter has had an extensive career in the field of non-profit and church leadership in the United States and in Latin America. He held leadership roles with Baptist Medical & Dental Mission International, an organization that serves the extremely poor in Central America. Prior to his work on the foreign mission field, Hunter served on the ministerial staff at First Baptist Church in Macon.
Hunter and his family have been committed members of the Middle Georgia community since 1977. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Mercer University with a double major in Mathematics and Computer Science. Additionally, he earned a Master of Divinity degree from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky. His hobbies include playing the organ, working on cars, utilizing his Spanish conversation skills, and he and his husband, Jon, enjoy supporting local community events.
