This week’s Staff Spotlight is our Associate Pastor, Rev. Payton Stone! You’ve probably already seen Payton around Mulberry, leading prayer in our Sunday worship and as the Recreation Leader at VBS this week! Payton’s primary role as Associate Pastor will be Pastoral Care.
Payton is a recent graduate from Duke Divinity School. He and his wife Mallory are from Cartersville, GA, and they both graduated from Berry College in 2018. Payton is a big soccer fan – he’s a huge supporter of Atlanta United! The Stones are also the proud owners of their 1-year-old Standard Poodle, Obi, named after their favorite Star Wars character.
Payton will be preaching for the first time at Mulberry on July 24th, so be sure to join us, in-person or online!
